We provide the full range of real estate appraisal, inspections, and qualified expert witness services to the southeastern Massachusetts region. Shaun Fitzgerald, Owner
Shaun has a broad background in real estate appraisals, real estate sales, sales management, physical property management, technology, and finance that stretches back over 30 years. He is a certified general real estate appraiser for Massachusetts, a licensed real estate broker, and is a member of the Mass Board of Real Estate Appraisers, National Association of Realtors, and Boards of Realtors for North Bristol County and Greater Brockton. Shaun served on the Board of Assessors for the town of Easton, and has published articles in Banker and Tradesman, NE Real Estate Journal and Remodeling Magazine. He serves as a Trustee of the Appraisal Foundation.
